I have a few books to share with you and two are currently FREE! You guys…you guys…are you prepared? Are you? I hope so… Click the link below to find out more!
There is one full e-book that is currently free on Amazon I wanted to let you guys know about and spread the word because uhh…who doesn’t like free books? It’s by author Stormy Smith (awesome name right?!) and I believe it’s her debut novel, the title is Bound By Duty and the cover is beautiful. The synopsis sounds interesting and I am excited to read it. I’m sure it’s for a limited time so it doesn’t hurt to snatch it up and read later. You can grab this book here!
Did you think I’d forget the synopsis? Never! Here you go-
Synopsis: Amelia grew up in a world of half-truths. She knows she’s an Elder, but has no idea what that means. Her father reminds her daily that she must maintain control, but he refuses to explain why. Even worse, she’s betrothed to the prince of the Immortals and doesn’t even know his name.
Finally breaking free to live a few normal years at a community college, the last thing Amelia expects is to find her best friend in a cheeky southern girl, or fall for a self-assured human who sees her for who she is, not what she will become.
As she learns more about herself, Amelia realizes the line between love and duty is a thin one. As her power continues to increase exponentially and her questions are slowly answered, Amelia must make the ultimate choice. The question is, will her head win the battle, or her heart?
The second isn’t a full fledge novel but a novella called Voice of Gods by Eleanor Herman, it’s a prequel to the much anticipated Legacy of Kings (Blood of Gods and Royals) by the author. I’m so so excited for the release of Legacy of Kings, and being able to read a short novella is a bonus. It makes me even more excited and gives me a slight peak into the world. I definitely recommend you guys pick this up (it’s free yayayayay) there’s no reason not to! You can grab this beauty here!
Synopsis: As the end of an age approaches, gods whisper horrors, families scheme for power and one woman may hold the secret to a lost legacy.
At nineteen, Ada of Caria yearns to take the Snake Blood throne from her mad older siblings. She seeks the help of a young orphaned girl named Helen, the first True Oracle to have walked the earth in more than three hundred years.
Helen may be able to channel the voice of the gods, but she hates her gift and will do anything to get rid of it—even lie to her best friend, Myrtale, the priestess-princess of Epirus who is destined to marry King Philip II of Macedon even though she loves another.
And in the shadows lurks a handsome green-eyed stranger who has more at stake—and more to lose—than anyone could possibly imagine.
Amid jealousy and heartbreak, torrid affairs and secret rendezvous, it is spoken by the gods that either Helen or Myrtale—newly named Olympias—will carry the destiny of the known world within her womb.
And lastly, I’ve been in a slight reading slump as stated in my previous post, but I finally picked up a book from my July tbr and I’m really enjoying it! Oddly enough I haven’t heard anything on this book or even seen any pictures on Instagram! It’s called Hexed by Michael Alan Nelson and here’s the gorgeous cover right here…
Synopsis: Luci Jenifer Inacio das Neves, Lucifer for short, isn’t your typical teenaged girl. She’s a thief who survives by stealing bad things from bad people in the magical and mystical underworld hidden beneath our own. So when a policeman’s daughter, Gina, is kidnapped by a force he can’t explain, Lucifer is the only one who has a chance at getting his daughter back.
With the unsolicited help of Gina’s friends, including Gina’s boyfriend David, Lucifer’s investigation leads to the unfortunate truth of the kidnapping. Gina was taken to an otherworldly dimension by a creature of unspeakable evil: one of the Seven Sisters of Witchdown. Against all odds, Lucifer must use every magical tool hidden in her trick bag to steal her way into the Shade and bring Gina back before the Sister sacrifices her for her own dark ends. But the closer Lucifer gets to Gina, the closer she gets to David. And David to her. Lucifer must risk her life by confronting demons, witches, and the cruel demigoddess controlling her destiny – all to save the one girl who stands in the way of Lucifer finally finding love.
Will you guys pick up any of these books? Have you read them? Let me know in the comments, I’d love to know. 😊
